Ensuring Effective Delivery: Programme Management

To ensure the successful implementation of the entire UKSPF and REPF programme for 2025-26, a portion of the UKSPF funding is designated for programme administration and management.

These funds will support essential activities such as:

  • Programme Coordination: Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Managing the overall budget, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with government bodies, community groups, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Collecting data, evaluating project outcomes, and preparing reports to demonstrate the impact of the funding programme and ensure accountability.

This allocation for administration and management, whilst a small percentage of the total, is critical. It underpins the Council's commitment to professional programme delivery, robust monitoring, transparent reporting, and good governance. These functions are essential for maintaining public trust and ensuring that the significant investment from UKSPF and REPF achieves its intended positive outcomes for Harborough District.
