The Executive Search Administrator Apprentice will support the coordination, organisation of retained search assignments. The role blends administration, research, stakeholder communication, and project coordination. You will work closely with the founder and support live executive search projects across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Administrative Support
- Coordinate search assignments from briefing to completion
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and recruitment systems
- Manage candidate documentation and project trackers
- Support scheduling of interviews and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR standards
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate professionally with candidates and via email and phone
- Collate and distribute feedback from interviews
- Prepare candidate summaries and formatted documentation for client presentations
Support onboarding administration for successful candidates
Research & Process Support
- Conduct market research to support talent mapping projects
- Assist with identifying potential candidates using LinkedIn and digital tools
- Support preparation of job descriptions and candidate packs
- Help manage pipelines and internal reporting metrics
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving internal systems and workflows
- Support implementation of agreed administrative processes

What you'll do at work
- Work alongside experienced engineers in depots across the UK and learn what goes into keeping thousands of miles of power lines and tracks running and fit for us. As part of our team, you'll help shape national projects, embrace the latest technology and develop the skills you need to succeed.
- Each of our apprentices will specialise in a pathway relevant to the depot they're based at. The pathways are Track, Signalling, Telecommunications, Overhead Lines, Locking Fitter, and Distribution and Plant. These disciplines will see you getting hands-on and repairing our tracks, working with high voltage systems, heights and specialist tools, repairing major signalling failures, supporting our telecommunications systems, or keeping our power flowing safely and efficiently.
- Please note that your discipline will be allocated to you according to your geography and what the need is at your local depot.

FDS-Aston Villa Shadow Squad Age Group CoachesThis is a part-time position taking an age group for 11 fixtures this season against professional academies. Coaches will also be required for squad training days.
This is a player development position working within the FDS-Aston Villa framework for developing players for the professional game. The ethos is development first, results second, whilst developing individuals before developing the team.
A Level 3 coaching qualification is desirable, with Level 2 essential. You will need to have your own transport.
We offer very good rates of pay in relation to the professional game (depending on your qualifications) and a fantastic opportunity to gain experience of professional youth football.
